TheRaven RP8Siis aconcealed, spring-loaded automatic door bottom sealthat drops to seal the gap at the floor when the door closes, thenlifts clear automatically when the door opens. It is designed forbutt-hinged timber and metal doors, fully morticed into the bottom edge for a clean finish. RP8Si is commonly specified foracoustic, smoke and fire door applications, using a silicone gasket and a jamb-operated strike mechanism to achieve a reliable seal without dragging on the floor.
