Terms of service

• After placing your order you will receive a confirmation message, call or email regarding your order within 12 hours. Order will automatically be cancelled after 3rd failed attempt.
• Unpaid orders will remain in the system for 7 working days, after which they shall not be eligible for payment/completion.
• Maximum limit for COD orders is Rs. 15000. Orders higher in value must be completed using the prepaid payment options
• Standard dispatch time is 3 working days
• Delivery of heavy and/or bulky orders may take up to 7 working days depending upon the destination.
• The company shall ensure proper packaging and safety measures before dispatch so that the product can reach undamaged, however, the company shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, safety or other aspect of the product caused during transportation and negligence of the courier company. In such case it is advised to share pictorial proof and not accept package from the delivery partner.
